ORDERING

• When placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

• Availability information is listed on each individual product description. If nazhariri.com does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, they can be made to order. This process takes 4 to 6 weeks. Made-to-order and bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for refund or return.

• All prices listed on nazhariri.com are correct at the time of entry but are subject to change without prior notice. All prices include VAT.

• No contract for the sale of any product will exist until we accept your order and dispatch the product. When this happens, we will confirm via email.

DELIVERY

CANCELLING AN ORDER / RETURNS POLICY

• If you have not yet placed an order, you can remove items from your shopping cart at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product in your basket that you no longer wish to purchase.

• Should you wish to amend or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments as the order may already be in process. If the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns policy once you receive the items.

• Once you inform us of your decision to cancel, any amounts debited from your credit or debit card will be refunded to your account within 14 days, provided the goods have not been dispatched. • Regrettably, we cannot offer exchanges for orders paid via PayPal. If you used PayPal, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

RETURNS POLICY

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all Naz Hariri Ltd tags intact.

• Products that are returned damaged, worn, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

• Custom-made or bespoke items, including custom gold or stone orders, custom ring sizes, custom design elements, necklace lengths, sale items, gift cards, e-cards, and items purchased with store credit, are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

• Merchandise purchased with store credit is final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
