We hope you're delighted with your order.If you're not perfectly satisfied and if pieces are not made on special order you may return items within 14 days.Please note ,return numbers must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.You will have a further 7 days to return unsuitable items.Please note unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and shipped back to us on your own expense.
bespoke jewellery and earrings are excluded from returns and refunds.
How to package your return
we kindly as that you return items in their original 'Naz Hariri' packaging.Naz Hariri reserve the right to charge a £12 packaging-restocking fee for branded packaging that is not returned to us.
all our jewellery is checked and packaged by hand in London,UK to ensure the highest standard.
Receive your refund
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business day for processing and review.Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel.Your refund will the take place within 2 to 3 days.Any damaged jewell can not be subject of a refund.To recall any personalised jewel (engraving) can not be the subject of a refund or an exchange.A request for engraving can be made after the purchase.
